International Patient Center is set up to facilitate all aspects of hospital & medical care, ensuring the best quality, responsible and safe services. Our International Patient Center provides you with all the support and assistance you need during your visit to our hospital, from registration to medical consultation. Our multilingual staffs are ready to assist you throughout your hospital visit and during the treatment.
We give utmost attention to the provision of treatment and services that are of the highest standards always with the patients' best interest and satisfaction in mind.

Our doctors are specially trained in various specialties and sub-specialties. They are highly experienced, American Board Certified and widely recognized in their field of interest. We give emphasis to the clear communications between patients and doctors to ensure that patient thoroughly understand all available options through informed consent process.


Support Services
Our One-Stop Service makes you feel at home away from home.

  • Registration and Admission:
    Patients will be asked for their personal data to process the hospital registration in advance before they arrive the hospital. Our patient care coordinator  will welcome the patient once the patient arrives the hospital, and will be taken directly to the medical checkup center(for patients who come for medical checkup program) or directly to the International Ward for those who will be admitted to the hospital as per pre-consultation and recommendation by our Physicians or Surgeons.
  • Medical Coordination and Consultation:
    Patients who need consultations for their health problem/s will be carried out through our Hospital Representatives in the patient's country of residence. The medical consultation and coordination will be processed by our International Patient Center which will be sent to our physician or surgeon for their consultation. All medical coordination will be kept strictly confidential. Medical coordination and consultation will be processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Medical Reports:
    In most cases medical reports of the patient will be requested by our physicians or surgeons to be sent to the hospital in advance so as to study the past and present medical conditions of the patient. Medical reports are essential for our physicians or surgeons to get to know the patient's medical problems in advance and to plan the best quality medical care for the patient once they step into our hospital.
  • Interpreter Services:
    Our multilingual patient care coordinator plus our interpreters who speaks the patient's language will be waiting for patients from all over the world to give them the warmth in our hospital speaking their language. This will make the patient feel at home away from home.
  • E-mail appointments:
    Appointments with our doctors can be made through e mail or by visiting our website and submit the appointment form which our International Patient Center will receive it and will reply to the patient immediately for any questions or information requested. Appointment dates, time and the name of the attending doctor will be sent back to you in a timely manner.
  • Visa Application Assistance:
    Patient who requires an entry visa to Thailand can request a letter from our hospital to assist them to apply a visa at The Royal Thai Embassy in the patient's country of residence. Please check the country list in our website which country needs visa prior to visit or which country does not need visa prior to visit. Most of the countries around the world can get a 30-60 days stay permit without a visa. Some countries can apply visa on arrival at the Thai Immigration counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
  • Insurance Processing:
    Chaophya hospital has alliance with most of the insurance companies worldwide. Patient will be asked in advance whether they hold any insurance policy with an insurance company. Our hospital will coordinate with the patient's insurance company to check and make sure that the insurance will cover the hospital services that the patient will receive.
  • Quotations for Medical Checkup Programs, Medical or Surgical Procedures:
    Any request for medical checkup program package price and medical or surgical procedure price will be sent to the patient immediately.
  • Inquiries:
    Any information about the patient's treatment, duration of stay in hospital and other health information will be consulted with the respective specialist and will be sent to the patient as soon as possible.
  • Travel Arrangements: Airport transfer to and from Bangkok "Suvarnabhumi" International Airport, hotel reservation, flight confirmations etc….
    Our patient care coordinator or the interpreter will be welcoming you on your arrival at the airport. You will be transported to our hospital directly from the airport or to your hotel as pre arrangement plan.
  • Tour and sightseeing: We are delighted to advice and guide you and your family for any tour destinations that will give you a relaxing stay in Thailand after your health checkup programs or procedures are completed. Please ask our patient care coordinator for more information how you can relax with your family in Thailand.
